NOTE: "Tamier Elnoury" is in quotes because this is the author's undercover name. For the protection of his family and himself, his real name is not used.

I seem to be in the middle of “terrorist research." Though I am doing some purely recreational reading, I do seem to be heavy into terrorism.  Much of the world is ignoring the “Caliphate” because it seems to have been destroyed.  Disbursed is probably more accurate. Unlike many books on terrorism, this one is written by a self-proclaimed Muslim. That in itself is unusual.  Much of the Muslim community tends to remain silent, or sing and dance at our misfortune.  We are quoted the “religion of peace” mantra, with little if any elucidation.

In this work by “Tamier Elnoury” and Kevin Mauser, some of the Q’uran text used to radicalize Muslims are quoted.

“Tamier” tries to point out these passages are taken out of context. His efforts to lend credence to the peaceful Q’uran is noble.  I may end up having to do some more search for an actual blog post, that will probably guarantee a Fatwa issued against me.

“Tamier” also claims to be Sunni Muslim, that is very different than Shia Muslim.  It is a greater difference than an Orthodox Greek Church and the Baptist Church in the “Christian” beliefs.  Sunni is often not recognized as Muslim by the Shia, so take that for what it is worth.

In his epilogue, “Mr. Elnoury” does speak of inclusion of Muslims into our society to be a solution to the problem.  Though I don’t disagree here, in a free society how do you include people that insist on remaining separate? Devout Shia and Sunni have shown a tendency to remain segregated to avoid the Haram (unclean, unholy or non-Muslim) of western society. Like any cult, separation is a tenant of what they practice. Yes, I just called “Radical Islam” a cult.

The story of the book regarding the infiltration is fascinating.  It shows how desperate radicals are to inflict pain and harm.  It also demonstrates the courage that our law enforcement has to protect us.  Thank you “Tamier Elnoury” and the rest of law enforcement for your service.

Despite the wishes of “Tamier Elnoury” Radical Islam takes the most literal view of the Q’uran and the Haith to show their heinous actions as Halal (clean, holy and acceptable to Allah). The story demonstrates the mindset of these terrorists, and it is a frightening picture.

The terrorist that “Tamier” associates with are not all poor, they are educated, and they think it is their job to cause chaos in the United States and Canada.  The offensive actions are a defensive maneuver in their eyes.

It is written well and the story is interesting.  It is a good read.  Enjoy it.
